CHRISTMAS PROJECT:
The project consists of organizing two weeks of English classes whose main theme is Christmas.
We have a class of 17 pupils between two and three years.
We will work a song, a story and a craft.
THE SONG:
The Christmas carol that we will work in the classroom is: Jingle Bell Rock.

This it would be Christmas carol original, but we're going to adapt to the children in our classroom.
THE STORY:
The story that we'll see in class is RUDOLPH, THE RED-NOSED REINDEER
Once upon a time there was a little reindeer named Rudolph.
He lived a long away, together with lots of other reindeer, in a place close to the North Pole.Rudolph was a very shy little reindeer. He didn't have any friends. The trouble was that he had a very red nose. All the other reindeer had brown noses. But Rudolph's nose was so bright that it glowed in the dark, like a light. The other reindeer used to laugh at Rudolph. They refused to let him play with them because of his bright, red nose... So Rudolph always felt very lonely. He used to hide away, wishing that he could have a friend to play with and that he could be of help to someone. Every year at Christmas time, Santa Claus used to come to the place where Rudolph lived, to choose some reindeer to pull his sleigh. The strongest was usually chosen as the leader. One night just before Christmas Santa arrived to make his choice. It was a very foggy night and no one could see a thing. Peering through the fog, Santa called out :
“I want Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Dander and Blitzen.
They can pull my sleigh tonight when I deliver Christmas present s to boys and girls all over the world.”
The eight reindeer stepped forward very proudly and began to prepare for the trip.
“Wait a minute !” cried Santa, who was busy loading presents on to his sleigh.
“This fog is so thick that we'll have to take a lamp.
But how can I tie a lamp onto the reindeer?”
Just then, Santa noticed Rudolph, who was standing by himself behind a tree.
Actually, he noticed Rudolph's red nose, which was shining brightly.
“Come here, Rudolph.
You can guide my sleigh tonight.
We won't get lost in the fog if you go first to show us the way,” he said.
“What a good idea !” shouted all the reindeer.
“Come and get ready, Rudolph.”
As soon as all was prepared, Santa set off to deliver his presents.
In front of the eight reindeer who were pulling the sleigh went Rudolph, with his bright red nose shining in the fog.
After that, no one ever laughed at him again, for he had helped Santa Claus in a very difficult situation.
Everyone wanted to play with him and to be his friend, so Rudolph
was never lonely again.
THE CRAFT:
The craft is to provide children white balls, so that they themselves with all kinds of materials to decorate the balls later place them all together in the Christmas tree.

JUEGO Y CANCIÓN:
CANCIÓN: (five little monkeys): Cuando expusimos la canción lo que mas no costó fue pronunciar todas las frases correctamente, la canción era fácil, pero había que combinarlo con mímica, por lo tanto eso también fue complicado. En el momento de la exposición la dificultad que encontramos es que todos los alumnos del aula intervinieran y cantaran la canción con nosotras.

THE CRAFT:
The craft is to provide children white balls, so that they themselves with all kinds of materials to decorate the balls later place them all together in the Christmas tree.
HAND WASHING:
Activity begins when we as teachers provide them paint the kids hands. Divide the class in pairs and hand paints will place on plates.
We, the teachers go telling a story, and they will go drawing on pages located on the floor of what history question.
The story they tell is:
Lola is the yellow star, but when it gets eat much red, when it leaves the park turns green, and surprisingly when shower turns blue. What color is your star Lola? What about yours?
Then children when we say that the star Lola is yellow, the yellow paint, but when it turns red, painted yellow star above the red, and so on with the green and blue.
At the end of the activity the children will have to say what color they see the star Lola.
Activity once the bell rang for lunch. Then we as teachers do questions like them to do before going to eat? Do we sing the song then?
Then sang the song, and then we'll wash hands in pairs.
GAME AND SONG:
GAME: The game is that teachers will teach a series of tokens (ten) with simple drawings and is saying they will go. For example, we teach a form of a sun, and they raise their hands and we will say that you see in this picture?. They'll answer a sun.
SONG: regarding the song, we explain first let's sing a song. First we sing we as teachers, and then teach them the song with music and drawings, combined with gesture and mime.

Dificultades:
CURRICULO:
Las dificultades que nosotras encontramos en este trabajo son que el currículo, es un documento muy amplio, y nosotras teníamos que ver que puntos exactos entraban en el trabajo.
Otro punto que nosotras vimos muy difícil, era que todos los puntos se referían al mismo tema y había muchas cosas que se repetían.

Las dificultades que he tenido para realizar este cuento, son que mi cuento, personalmente, es un cuento español, y yo lo he tenido que traducir pero existían términos en diminutivo que, para mí, eran difíciles de adaptar.
Otra dificultad es el tamaño del cuento, ya que al estar a tamaño gigante, es más complicado que si fuese a tamaño normal, del cuento original.
La última dificultad, es la de la pronunciación a la hora de contarlo en clase, junto a la dramatización.

Una de las principales dificultades que e tenido es en encontrar un libro en ingles para niños de tan poca edad, ya que los que veía eran para mas adultos. También me ha constado mucho hacer los dibujos y todo lo que forma al cuento en este tamaño tan grande.
JUEGO Y CANCIÓN:
JUEGO: Esta actividad la consideramos muy adecuada para niños de 2 – 3 años, ya que todos los dibujos que les hemos enseñado (flores, sol, perro, colegio, arcoíris…) son elementos que ellos ya conocen, por lo que no nos ha supuesto una gran dificultad a la hora de exponerlo y prepararlo.

La mayor dificultad que hemos encontrado en la organización de esta actividad es la dificultad que conlleva guiar a los niños a realizar y que entiendan la actividad, ya que se utilizan pinturas de manos, por lo tanto esta es la mayor dificultad para preparar, también con respecto a esta actividad, ha sido muy complicado la invención de la canción, ya que ha sido inventada por nosotras y es complicado que rimen los versos en ingles.
En el momento de la exposición, lo más complicado es pronunciar correctamente para que los niños nos puedan entender sin problema, mientras explicamos la actividad también la acompañamos de mímica para que sea más fácil realizar la actividad.
PROYECTO DE NAVIDAD:
Las dificultades que nosotras tenemos, es nuestro nivel de inglés, que no es un nivel alto para poder realizar estos proyectos, que tienen en cuenta la pronunciación.
También nos ha costado un poco, traducir el proyecto. Ya que los términos empleados en español, no son los términos comunes que nosotras conocemos en inglés.
APRENDIZAJE:

Nosotras con este trabajo aprendimos ciertas características que necesitamos saber para llevar a cabo una sesión de inglés con los más pequeños.

Yo con este trabajo aprendí, que un cuento realizado por nosotros queda mucho más original y vistoso que si nos vamos a una librería y lo compramos. Es decir que nuestros cuentos, nos ofrecen un orgullo, a la hora de enseñárselo al resto de los compañeros.

Yo he aprendido con este cuento, lo importante que es encontrar un libro a la edad de los alumnos, también e aprendido a hacer y pensar en algo original para crear el cuento, darle rienda suelta a la imaginación y creatividad.
JUEGO Y CANCIÓN.
JUEGO: Lo que hemos aprendido es vocabulario, y aunque a simple vista todos los dibujos enseñados los conocemos todos es importante pronunciarlo correctamente, y eso lo hemos practicado y aprendido.
CANCIÓN: Hemos aprendido básicamente a pronunciar en ingles, también ha sido importante para quitarnos la vergüenza a la hora de cantar en público.
HAND WASHING:
En esta actividad el mayor aprendizaje es la pronunciación, y también hemos aprendido a formar frases en inglés a través de las traducciones, esas frases luego se utilizaron en la exposición.
También hemos aprendido a contar un cuento de distintas formas, ya que no es cuento simplemente, sino que el cuento lleva consigo una actividad.
PROYECTO DE NAVIDAD:
Con este proyecto aprendemos que existen multitud de actividades, canciones y cuentos en ingles que nosotras en nuestro futuro como educadoras debemos tener en cuenta.

Como ya he mencionado anteriormente, este trabajo nos sirve a nosotras como educadoras para poder llevar a cabo nuestras futuras clases de inglés, ya que son aspectos que las educadoras deben de tener en cuenta.

La utilidad principal de este trabajo es que ya tenemos un recurso para nuestra aula, creado por nosotras, con el que tanto los niños como nosotras las educadoras disfrutaremos con ello.

Lo de hacer un cuento me parece muy útil, ya que estoy acostumbrada a hacerlo en español y no me cuesta nada, pero no es lo mismo la entonación que le puedas dar a uno en español, que a uno en ingles, y tarde o temprano lo vamos a tener que hacer en nuestras escuelas infantiles, por lo tanto nos sirve de preparación.
JUEGO Y CANCION:
La utilidad de esta actividad es como desenvolvernos a la hora de organizar a los niños en círculo, lograr que no hablen, y explicar la actividad en ingles, por lo tanto nos ha sido de gran utilidad, ya que es una actividad sencilla que nos ha servido para desenvolvernos y coger seguridad para poder expresarnos en ingles.

A nosotras esta actividad nos ha servido para enfrentarnos a actividades más complicadas, más largas y con más contenido, como puede ser contar el cuento, lavarnos las manos, dibujar… por lo tanto la utilidad de esta actividad es saber que las actividades que habíamos realizado anteriormente eran más sencillas, y esta es más complicada, por lo tanto nos tenemos que programar mejor y con antelación.
PROYECTO DE NAVIDAD:
Esto resulta muy útil, ya que en el futuro debemos planificar estas actividades en el aula con los niños, y si ya las tenemos del ciclo formativo, es más fácil, que inventártelas.
